Event Request Form

Events

We love putting on fun reuse-based events and fundraisers—as well as sponsoring and/or participating in other local events! If you are interested in SCRAP tabling your event, the fee is $200 for two hours (minimum) for up to 80 participants, each additional hour is $50, plus possible fees for travel or additional participants. Fill out the form below to get started! Any additional questions can be sent to education@scrappdx.org. Travel fees: Mileage: $20 fee for distances 0-5 miles from SCRAP PDX, $5 for each additional mile. High traffic hours: $10 fee for presentations booked for 2:30 pm or later beyond 4 miles from SCRAP.
