We Love Our Volunteers!

In 2019, SCRAP volunteers nationwide contributed almost 19,000 hours of their time and energy to help us fulfill our mission. Most volunteers are scheduled for one 3-hour shift in the store each week, as well as help in many other ways.

How to Get Involved:

Step 1:

Opportunities page and see what's happening at SCRAP

Step 2:

Come to a Volunteer Drop-In Day Wednesday or Thursday 12pm-4pm or fill out one of our online applications

Step 3:

The Volunteer Coordinator will get you set up for an orientation.

Step 4:

Start your training shifts!

Volunteers do Things Like:

Sort, organize, and stock the SCRAP store
Assemble SCRAP product such as To Go Kits and Collage Packs
Volunteer at SCRAP events
Represent SCRAP at various community events
Specialize in areas such as Fabric, Yarn, Vintage, Jewelry, etc.
