SCRAP Parties are a uniquely fun and sustainable way to celebrate a birthday, baby, or any special occasion. All parties include a creative reuse project led by our knowledgeable staff, materials provided by SCRAP, and time allotted for cake, presents, singing, and photos.
Party Includes: SCRAP Craft Concierge who will facilitate crafting, craft cleanup, and provide a short introduction to the craft activity. Creative reuse craft activity duration is usually one hour twenty minutes, leaving about forty minutes for cake, singing, presents, and photos—a total of two hours in our festive workshop room!
Booking: Complete the birthday party planning form to begin the reservation process.
For initial inquiries, we try our best to send our first reply within two weeks (if not sooner). If you're working on a tighter timeline, send a followup email to let us know!

Yes! The craft supplies must be cleaned up and put away before food and beverages can be brought out and/or consumed. We require an email confirmation that you will be responsible for post-party cleanup if food is involved. Party parents/chaperones/participants are responsible for clean-up at the end of the party; it is imperative that our staff and volunteers are not left to manage cleanup on their own after parties. We avoid single-use products when possible and can provide reusable plates, cups, and flatware.
